About us

We love candles - We love the ambience of the candle flame and of course the aromas! My family used to purchase the 'big name' brands and sure, they are fine, but I always wanted something that was a bit stronger - something that would really fill up the room, or even the house. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I decided to make my own. If you're tired of weak-scented candles like I was, give mine a try! They may be just what you are looking for!

Why FatMat Candles?

Simple but Strong

I keep it simple. All my candles are 8 ounces and in Mason jars with a threaded lid. There's no need to make 100 variations of the same thing. What sets mine apart is how strong I make them! I also have a large variety of scents! They smell great and they will fill up the room and even your whole house!

Eco-Friendly

I use and eco-friendly soy blend wax, clean scent oils, cotton wicks and mason jars. My wicks melt ALL the wax in the jar - nothing wasted like other candles do. They are made in Ponder, TX, so you will be buying local and supporting a local business!
